Purpose

MarketPilot provides portfolio tools, market information, simulations and user-controlled broker integrations. Unless the operator obtains and displays the relevant registration, the service must not be represented as personalized investment advice or a SEBI-registered research service.

Market information

Prices and company information may be delayed, incomplete or unavailable. Always verify an executable price and material company disclosure through the relevant exchange or broker before acting.

Paper trading

Simulator results are hypothetical. They may omit liquidity constraints, slippage, taxes, outages and other conditions that affect real outcomes. Past or simulated performance does not predict future returns.

Broker activity

A real-order screen must be treated differently from paper trading. Review the stock, side, quantity, price, product, order value and broker account before confirming. Orders may be rejected, delayed, partially filled or executed differently from expectations.

Subscriptions

Paid plans, renewal, cancellation, refund and tax terms must be finalized and shown during checkout before production billing is enabled. Razorpay or another payment provider may process payment information under its own terms.

User responsibility

• Protect account and broker credentials.
• Use only broker accounts you are authorized to access.
• Verify data and calculations independently.
• Comply with applicable laws, taxes and broker terms.
